Waxed cotton is the original performance fabric. This cotton which has been treated with a wax coating to produce a fabric with has water repellent properties. Waxed garments can be regularly reproofed to maintain performance for many years, making them uniquely sustainable. This wax is a bi-product from cracking crude oil to make fuels such as gasoline, meaning we make use of the waste product of this process. The processes used to apply the waxes to a cotton fabric are also low impact, meaning we do less damage to the environment than many established manufacturing methods. Our wax is fully biodegradable, as PFC’s are extremely persistent in the environment, and free from fluorocarbons.

The below measurements indicate which is the intended size for you. Measurments are specified between ranges, for example: If your chest measurement is 96cm, your waist is 90cm and your shoulder to shoulder length is 40cm, then we recommend you choose a Medium size. If your measurements fall into the ending ranges (ie: your chest is 94cm, waist is 84cm and shoulder to shoulder is 39cm) then choose size Small for a slimmer fit or size Medium if you prefer a looser fit.
