Billy Padded is an oversized waxed organic cotton jacket, manufactured in the city of Birminghamn, UK, featuring a water-resistant finish with a regular collar in corduroy. Featuring a snap-button front closure, a chest patch pocket, and two front flap pockets. Padded for added warmth. For a long lasting garment, periodically rewax the shell fabric.
